ABB is seeking a Service Sales Support Specialist to drive the sales of High Power Rectifier Systems services and upgrades in the Metals and Power Conversion team for North America. You will develop technical solutions, engage with engineering, supply chain, and contracts, and build strong customer relationships to achieve orders and profitability.

You will work closely with the sales manager to propose solutions, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value and maintain

Formación

• Experience in basic electrical engineering within an industrial setting (5+ years).
• 3+ years working with electrical engineering as applied to power converters and distribution.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution and power conversion is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer requests into optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare service proposals with engineering and supporting functions (engineering, supply chain, HSE, contracts).
• Discuss and negotiate commercial aspects with the sales manager and customers (payments, warranties, prices, terms).
• Manage administrative sales processes and project management activities as needed.
• Coordinate activities with customers and project management teams.
