LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Principal Software Engineer to lead complex development initiatives in a legal tech environment in Mexico City. You will drive design, architecture, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, guide data modeling, and shape technical strategy while partnering with customers to understand needs and translate them into robust implementations.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Angular).
• Expertise in data modeling, optimization, and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with architectural principles and scalable system design.
• Experience working with diverse teams and external technology providers.

About The Role

This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, mentoring developers, and supporting strategic decision-making.
