Lever, Inc. seeks a Lead Engineer to drive the design and delivery of scalable Java applications in a fast‑paced environment. You will architect RESTful services, guide front‑end work with Angular/React, and collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

You will enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion unit/integration testing with JUnit/Mockito while participating in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Formación

• 4+ years hands‑on Java full‑stack experience with microservices.
• Strong Spring Boot, Spring Core and Hibernate expertise.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and scalable Java apps.
• Frontend skills with Angular or React to enhance UX.
• Proficient SQL experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Proven unit/integration testing with JUnit/Mockito.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience Range: With at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in Java fullstack development, including significant expertise in microservices architecture Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture 2. Architect and implement RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless integration across platforms 3. Guide the development of robust front‑end interfaces using Angular or React to enhance user experience 4. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions 5. Enforce coding standards by writing clean, reusable, and efficient code 6. Conduct code reviews, resolve complex issues, and optimize application performance for reliability and scalability 7. Develop and execute unit and integration test cases using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality 8.
