Turtle Trax S.A. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a skilled Java Fullstack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

You will work across backend and frontend, using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JS frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), participate in Agile ceremonies, and help ensure performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver robust APIs and responsive UIs.

Formación

• 4+ years of fullstack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Strong Java (8+) proficiency.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks React, Angular, or Vue.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript knowledge.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML.
• Relational DBs and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• Git experience; CI/CD with Maven/Gradle.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with AI.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Fullstack Developer in GUADALAJARA, MEXICO with at least 4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (modern JavaScript frameworks) technologies, along with a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.

• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
