Brillio in Mexico is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using React, Java, Node.js, and modern cloud technologies in a fast‑paced environment.

You will own features end‑to‑end, contribute to RESTful APIs and microservices, drive CI/CD and cloud infrastructure improvements, mentor junior engineers, and communicate trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders.

Formación

• 2–4 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
• Experience with React, Java, Node.js and microservices architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Java, Node.js, and modern cloud technologies.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to support business-critical workflows.
• Own features end-to-end, from user experience and frontend implementation through backend services, APIs, and data persistence layers.
• Drive engineering best practices around coding standards, testing, security, observability, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain system reliability and uptime.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment strategies, and cloud infrastructure improvements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering, including hands‑on expertise in Java, React, and microservices architecture
