Luxoft is seeking a strong Software Developer to solve scale challenges and contribute to cutting-edge, open-source tech. You will write code impacting thousands of users monthly, collaborating across disciplines to design, build, test, and deploy high-quality software.

You’ll drive feature delivery, mentor engineers, and participate in data-driven decision making within an Agile environment. Expect wind-fall opportunities to lead migrations and modernize legacy systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in Java with Spring Boot or other cloud-native frameworks.
• Experience with React/TypeScript and micro-frontend architectures.
• Expertise in AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Comprehensive grasp of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching (e.g., Redis), and load balancing.
• Mastery of API design (REST and GraphQL).
• Proficiency with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with observability, tracing, and other cloud-native patterns.

We're seeking a strong and creative Software Developer eager to solve problems of scale and work on cutting edge and open-source technologies. In this project, you will have the opportunity to write code that will impact thousands of users every month. You'll implement your critical thinking and technical skills to develop cutting edge software, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other engineers, designers, and management teams to rapidly build, iterate, test, and deploy new features and products and main a high-quality robust codebase
• Improve and scale the existing products and tools
• Launch new projects from ideation to completion
• Actively support your team's deployed software
• Drive the development team towards the goal by integrating skills and experiences.
• Work with QA, product management, and operations in an Agile environment.
• Develop and support data-driven product decisions in a high energy high-impact team.
• Participate in the resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solutions.
• To maintain legacy applications and participate in the migration to newer technology in the mid-term if needed.
• Collaborate and drive research to find the solution to system bugs and issues.

Mandatory Skills:

• Competency in system design.
• Experience managing lower level engineers (specifically ensuring they're adhering to the design as well as following best practices in implementation)
