Brillio 2 is seeking a Fullstack Engineer in Mexico, region Centro. The role requires 2–4 years of professional full stack experience with hands-on Java, React, and microservices.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, build RESTful APIs, and own features end‑to‑end across frontend and backend layers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Java, Node.js, and modern cloud technologies
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to support business‑critical workflows
• Own features end‑to‑end, from user experience and frontend implementation through backend services, APIs, and data persistence layers
• Drive engineering best practices around coding standards, testing, security, observability, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain system reliability and uptime
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment strategies, and cloud infrastructure improvements
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders and team members
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability

With at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering, including hands‑on expertise in Java, React, and microservices architecture
