Kraken Pro is hiring a Social Media Lead to drive the brand's social channels. You will craft platform-native content, react to trends, and actively engage with a dynamic crypto audience.

The role demands sharp writing, fast thinking, and strong AI-enabled content skills to scale impact across X, Telegram, and related platforms. You will build a structured content calendar, translate product updates into compelling narratives, and collaborate with design teams to deliver visually engaging posts.

Formación

• 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading.
• Speed under pressure and ability to move fast.
• High AI competency to multiply impact and keep up with demand.
• Range as a maker: copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads.

Responsabilidades

• Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
• Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
• Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
• Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
• Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
• Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
• Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
