3M HEALTHCARE in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a verification engineer to design and implement scalable verification plans for complex SoCs. You will develop test benches, run simulations, and collaborate with architects and RTL teams to ensure high coverage and robust pre-silicon validation.

The role emphasizes advanced English communication, analytical problem-solving, and driving defects to resolution across cross-functional teams. On-site position with Data Center Group (DCG) involvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ months of industry-standard verification methodologies (UVM/SystemVerilog).
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Verify functional logic of an integrated SoC against specifications.
• Develop scalable verification plans, test benches, and environments for required coverage.
• Execute plans and run emulation and system simulation models; analyze power and performance.
• Debug issues in pre-silicon environment and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with SoC architects, RTL developers, and verification teams to improve coverage.
• Document test plans and lead technical reviews with design teams.
