Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a SOC Analyst to provide operational and administrative support for one of our largest global clients. The role involves taking calls, coordinating service logistics, scheduling Agents, tracking assignments, and producing required reports.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of dispatch, SOC, or security-related experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least two years of dispatch communications, SOC, or security-related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Coordinate services and provide operational and administrative support needs.
• Answer calls to assist with dispatch, scheduling, and reporting of services.
• Manage workflows and assign Agents to assignments.
• Communicate assignment expectations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track and report outcomes of schedules; send schedules to stakeholders.
• Receive and document schedule information; monitor real-time outcomes.
• Detect and prevent schedule deviations and reconcile time records.
• Prepare and update reports; process emergency and non-emergency requests.
• Enter, update, and retrieve information from multiple systems.
