DYOPATH is seeking a SOC Engineer I to monitor security alerts, perform initial triage, and escalate incidents to keep client environments secure. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and cloud security across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.

Based in Mexico and remote, you’ll work second shift (4pm–12am) with weekend coverage as needed. Competitive benefits and training opportunities are provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 0-1 year in help desk, SOC or IT operations; foundational cyber concepts.
• Willingness to obtain CompTIA certifications and learn security tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and cloud platforms.
• Perform initial triage and follow runbooks to resolve or escalate.
• Document incidents, investigations, and daily activities clearly.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop skills and processes.
• Support 24/7 operations with on-call rotations as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and client requirements.
