Job summary

Flowserve in Laguna, Mexico seeks an experienced Welder-3 to join a customer-focused team. You will weld parts for equipment and installations using MIG, MAG, TIG, or electrode processes, while coordinating with supervisors and machinists to meet deadlines.

The role requires welding in manufacturing or repair environments, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards. Overtime may be required to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Welder must have experience in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• Strong understanding of welding workmanship and quality control.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs and use shop math.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate welding method (TIG, MIG, MAG or stick).
• Plan and lay out work from blueprints and specs.
• Set up and operate equipment and prepare parts for welding.
• Weld components per drawings and specifications.
• Verify quality and meet production goals for efficiency and schedules.
