Job summary

Flowserve, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico) is seeking a skilled welder to join a customer-focused team.

You will weld parts and assemblies using MIG, MAG, TIG, or stick processes, following blueprints and specification sheets. The role involves setup, measurement, quality checks, and collaboration with machinists and assemblers to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of welding experience in manufacturing or valve industry settings, HS Diploma or GED, and may hold PT/MT certificates

Qualifications

• Requires welding experience in manufacturing or repair environments.
• Experience with TIG, MIG, MAG or stick welding.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Post weld heat treatment experience and related certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select welding method (TIG, MIG, MAG or stick) per spec.
• Plan work from blueprints and specs using shop math.
• Set up and operate lathe for parts preparation.
• Identify materials and prepare components.
• Weld parts and repairs to required quality.
• Create assemblies per drawings and process instructions.
• Verify finished work meets specs and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems.
• Record data in computer systems or logs.
• Maintain safe workspace and wear protective equipment.
