Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Corporate Security Officer for our Apodaca site in Nuevo León, Mexico. The role centers on ensuring security and safety across the site, directing access, and coordinating with leadership and local authorities.

Responsibilities include CCTV monitoring, incident documentation, and first responder duties. The candidate should have 2+ years in security, MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in security/law enforcement or related field.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• C-TPAT and regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure security and safety services for the site.
• Serve as C-TPAT Champion.
• Manage third-party security vendor services.
• Direct visitors and control access at security posts.
• Monitor CCTV, security, and fire systems.
• Patrol and secure interior and exterior areas.
• Document security and safety incidents.
• Act as First Responder, provide first aid as needed.
• Implement physical security improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
