ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks an HSE Specialist to strengthen Health, Safety, and Environment practices in the plant. The role focuses on incident reporting, investigations, risk reduction, and leadership in safety initiatives across the ABB value chain.

You will work a Friday–Sunday 7 AM–7 PM schedule, apply advanced HSE knowledge, and support ISO 45001/14001 compliance while driving continuous improvement and behavioral change. Proficiency in Power BI & Power Apps is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainable Development Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 4+ years of experience as HSE Specialist (Safety) in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead or internal auditor for ISO 45001 & 14001.
• Knowledge of ergonomic issues.
• Regulatory knowledge (STPS, PASST).
• Experience with Power BI & Power Apps.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Report HSE incidents to management and stakeholders and take appropriate actions.
• Facilitate and guide incident investigations to learn and mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback on lessons learned and best practices across units.
• Support and drive behavioral change through local implementation of improvement programs.
