GE HealthCare is seeking a Site Security Leader in Ciudad Juárez to oversee security assets, facilities, and people across manufacturing and distribution sites. You will drive the security program, ensure work area protection, and coordinate business continuity while leading contracted security services and incident response.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3 years in manufacturing, with strong regulatory knowledge, bilingual communication, and proficiency in security systems.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with 3 years' experience in Manufacturing processes.
• Regulatory knowledge and experience with federal/state regulations.
• Project and program management skills; proficient computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the effective implementation of the Business Security and Crisis Management program at the site.
• Ensure Work Area Security and site risk assessments for BOP sites.
• Coordinate site business continuity plans and incident reporting.
• Manage badging and access control programs and contracted security services.
• Oversee site crisis management program and workplace violence awareness drills.
• Provide timely site assessments and reports to management and EHS.
• Communicate site security issues to senior management and local authorities.
• Ensure CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems are monitored and effective.
• Lead adherence to CTPAT/OEA standards for all operations.
