Jabil in Mexico is seeking a vigilant Security Specialist to safeguard plant operations, enforce safety rules, and lead response to security incidents. You will coordinate security teams, define loss prevention measures, and implement improvements on site.

The role requires strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and clear communication with managers and staff, with a focus on protecting people and property across the facility.

Formación

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based software; knowledge of Jabil packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains vigilance of plant protection rules through work programs and checklists.
• Leads and coordinates security groups and responses to incidents.
• Defines and implements control measures for special products and loss prevention.
• Follows up on investigations, thefts, and reports; supports security improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by security leadership.
