GE HealthCare is seeking a Site Security Leader in Ciudad Juárez to safeguard assets, facilities, processes, and personnel. You will oversee security programs, access control, incident reporting, and coordination with EHS and management across three BOP sites.

The role requires engineering background, manufacturing security experience, and bilingual communication skills to operate in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing processes.
• Regulatory knowledge and experience with federal/state regulations.
• Project and program management skills.
• Bilingual.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the effective implementation of the site security and crisis management program.
• Ensure Work Area Security and site access control/badging.
• Coordinate site business continuity planning.
• Monitor security concerns and incident reporting.
• Lead incident response and coordinate with EHS and management.
• Oversee contracted site security services and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
