Flex is seeking a Security Specialist for the Juarez South Site to identify security incidents, mitigate gaps, and provide information to maintain a safe work environment. You will support daily security operations, assist with audits, and oversee alarm systems and access control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent, knowledge of CTPAT/OEA, and experience in asset security and loss prevention. Proactive collaboration with HR, Compliance, and local authorities is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge certificate in CTPAT and OEA.
• Experience in asset security and loss prevention.
• Experience with investigation techniques and internal incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify security incidents and gaps, mitigate them, and report findings.
• Manage daily security operations and resolve escalated issues.
• Assist Security Manager with monthly guard assessments, investigations, and audits.
• Set up and maintain security and alarm systems.
• Supervise security entrance/exit and monitor CCTV and access controls.
• Develop relations with tenants, contractors, local law enforcement, HR, Compliance.
