The Hershey Company in Planta El Salto, Jalisco, MX is seeking a Manager Security to lead local security design and cross-functional programs. You will protect facilities, assets, and brand reputation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners for crisis readiness and risk prevention.

Responsibilities include managing security programs across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and offices, overseeing CCTV and access control, and supporting global security standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Minimum 5 years of investigative experience, or 8+ years with major law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security org.
• 4+ years of security management experience with a large multinational company preferred.
• Experience in corporate investigations, physical security, food defense, and risk analysis.
• Strong program development, budget management, project management, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, hourly teams, vendors, law enforcement, and external partners.
• Experience with security compliance programs such as C-TPAT, OEA, Food Defense, SQF, FM Global, NFPA, FEMA, or similar standards preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed to support business, security, and operational priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and support local and company Crisis Management programs through training, drills, threat monitoring, emergency readiness, documentation, and engagement with law enforcement and first responders.
• Support the design and implementation of security programs across U.S. manufacturing, distribution, retail, and office locations, including physical security, food defense, workplace violence mitigation, investigations, and security integration with operations.
• Manage or support physical security infrastructure, including CCTV, access control, alarms, perimeter protection, site assessments, security projects, budgets, and contractor quality assurance.
• Support Global Supply Chain Security Program standards, supplier or partner security reviews, compliance audits, and supply chain risk reduction efforts.
• Manage travel risk, major event security planning, visitor protection, stakeholder coordination, and security vendor relationships.
• Participate in sensitive investigations involving employees, assets, facilities, products, and brand reputation while ensuring appropriate escalation, documentation, ethics, and policy alignment.
