Changan Auto Mexico is seeking a dedicated SRE Engineer to design, operate, and optimize reliable cloud infrastructure across public cloud platforms in a fast-growing mobility business.

You will monitor production systems, lead incident response, automate maintenance, and collaborate with international teams to deliver secure, scalable services. Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is essential, with strong English communication.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and container ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, databases and monitoring/observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor applications, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute system maintenance, upgrades, and operational support.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across public cloud platforms.

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor applications, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute system maintenance, upgrades, and operational support.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and secure services.
• Support cloud security and operational best practices.

What’s We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases including MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus.
• Understanding of high-availability architectures, cloud operations, and incident management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

English Proficiency Native or Bilingual (English required).
