Changan Auto Mexico is seeking a skilled SRE Engineer to join our Technical Support Center in Mexico City. You will manage cloud infrastructure, ensure reliability, monitor systems, and respond to incidents across multiple cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include automation, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable services. Fluent English is required, and a degree in CS or related field is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (Huawei, AWS, Azure, Alibaba).
• Strong knowledge of Linux, containers, and databases.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across public cloud platforms.

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor applications, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute system maintenance, upgrades, and operational support.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and secure services.
• Support cloud security and operational best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, Dev Ops, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases including My SQL, Redis, Kafka, and Mongo DB.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus.
• Understanding of high-availability architectures, cloud operations, and incident management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• English Proficiency Native or Bilingual (English required).
