Sensata Technologies is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead and develop a high-performing procurement team in our facility located in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will drive supplier negotiations, process improvements, and cost optimization while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Oversees team of buyers to ensure they follow established procedures and policies.
• Direct and evaluate the organization's overall purchasing trends to potential bulk purchases.
• Direct active involvement with other departments to ensure the achievement of the company goals.
