Sensata Technologies is seeking an inventory and compliance-focused professional to support Annex 24 (SEER) and reconciliation activities in Baja California, Mexico. You will load data, validate monthly reports, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.

The role covers processing MV/HC documents, coordinating with the U.S. Customs Broker, verifying part numbers, and preparing change-of-regime files for materials nearing expiration.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform reconciliations in the Annex 24 (SEER) system: Load Data Stage information.
  • Validate Sections A, B, C, I, and J of the monthly monitoring report.
  • Follow up with the responsible stakeholders on identified issues.
  • Process MV and HC documentation, including receipt, printing, signature collection, scanning, and submission to the U.S. Customs Broker (AA).
  • Perform physical verification of part numbers requiring a conversion factor.
  • Prepare monthly change-of-regime files for materials nearing expiration and submit the required documentation to the Customs Broker (AA), including invoices, original customs entries (pedimentos), and invoice TXT files.
  • Validate material balances in the Annex 24 system for materials intended for disposition or export in their current condition.
  • Request weekly and monthly duty reports and paid PDF receipts from the Customs Broker (AA), and share them with the Finance team.
  • Request funding for customs account payments related to change‑of‑regime transactions on a weekly basis.
  • Extract the Oracle BOM report on a monthly basis.
  • Review and maintain the part number catalog.
  • Perform the initial review of the Top 5 inventory variances between the physical inventory and the SEER system, including SEER material type vs. Oracle material type, last import transaction, expiration date, total imported quantity, total exported quantity.

Provide support for activities related to the Annex 24 system and Inventory Reconciliation (Descargas) processes, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with foreign trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reconciliations in the Annex 24 (SEER) system: Load Data Stage information.
  • Validate Sections A, B, C, I, and J of the monthly monitoring report.
  • Follow up with the responsible stakeholders on identified issues.
  • Process MV and HC documentation, including receipt, printing, signature collection, scanning, and submission to the U.S. Customs Broker (AA).
