Sensata Technologies is seeking an experienced operations leader to plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing activities across production, machinery, processing and packaging. This role prioritizes production introductions, equipment efficiency, and materials flow to meet goals, quality, and cost objectives.

You will create schedules, determine staffing, and ensure adherence to manufacturing and quality standards while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• University degree required or equivalent relevant work experience.

General Responsibilities

• Reviews manufacturing and quality control standards
• Develops and implements activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives

Experience / Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
