IQVIA LLC is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist in Mexico City to coordinate recruitment and retention activities for global studies. The role collaborates with Regulatory, Project Management, Finance, and Clinical Operations to ensure timely, compliant delivery of study materials and data.

Ideal candidates have around 2 years of clinical research experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Approximately 2 years of clinical research experience (site or CRO).
• Finance experience is advantageous.
• Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong MS Office skills and data handling abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational execution of patient recruitment and retention deliverables for assigned studies, aligned with strategy and timelines.
• Manage translations, printing, and shipping of materials across multiple countries with vendors.
• Prepare country-specific submission packages for Regulatory teams and timelines.
• Track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project tools.
• Support training activities to enable consistent recruitment processes.
• Manage large volumes of study data and ensure accurate data entry in tracking systems.
• Assist with finance-related activities and project reporting.
• Upload and maintain study documentation in eTMF/Wingspan or designated systems.
• Identify operational risks and communicate mitigation actions to stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support objectives.
