IQVIA LLC in Mexico City is seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to perform country-level activation tasks for investigative sites under supervision. You will prepare regulatory documents, track progress, and coordinate with the Site Activation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely document completion.

The role requires a life sciences degree and at least 1 year of clinical research experience, with the ability to work on multiple projects and travel to offices as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience as an intern or study coordinator.
• Availability to go to the office.
• Living in Mexico City.
• Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Good word processing skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good attention to detail.
• General awareness of clinical trial environment and drug development process.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform site activation activities for investigative sites under supervision, working with the Site Activation Manager and project team.
• Prepare site regulatory documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team of regulatory and contractual document completion for sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and project team members.
• Update internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate information.
• Review, track and follow up on progress, approvals and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, ICF and IP release documents.
