Cosma International in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, invites a Simulation Engineer to join Magna's production-focused team. You will build static and dynamic models to improve throughput, debottlenecking, and resource planning across Magna production plants, leveraging SIMIO/Siemens workflows.

We seek 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing simulation, strong skills in DOE, Python, MySQL, 2D/3D CAD, and English fluency.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3–5 years of experience in simulation engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Validate and analyze production processes with minimal supervision.
• Build Static and Dynamic Simulation models to improve throughput and bottlenecks.
• Model under-the-roof material flow and layout optimization.
• Develop charts and data-driven reports for KPI improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data and drive cost-benefit decisions.
• Manage project data, procurement, and metadata with minimal supervision.
