Cummins Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support on-site operations in our Nuevo León facility. You will receive, sort, label, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods, ensuring accuracy and space optimization.

The role emphasizes strict HSE compliance, quality checks, and teamwork; no extensive prior experience is required, with on-site responsibilities and potential training. Location is on-site with a flexible schedule.

Formación

• No previous experience required or minimal work experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse processes and safety procedures is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work within defined cycle times.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, sort, label, store, and dispatch goods to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship per customer expectations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area; follow quality standards and HS&E policies.
• Collaborate with team and support staff to identify equipment in need of repair.
