Job summary

You will analyze data, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and develop dashboards to drive efficiency. The role requires a 1+ year background in a related field, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with Power BI to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a related role.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SQL/MySQL/Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
• Solid problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Ship Direct ordering: ordering, fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing.
• Monitor open orders, ETA performance, and backorders; take corrective action.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Address inquiries, claims, and escalations while maintaining service levels.
• Validate invoices against POs, shipment docs, pricing, and SAP records.
• Coordinate invoice discrepancy resolution with suppliers and Finance.
• Maintain visibility of risks and critical cases with proactive communication.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to support decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Automate recurring reporting using Excel, SQL, Databricks, Power BI.
