Job summary

Android Industries is seeking a Shift Manager to lead production operations and materials handling on the plant floor in Saltillo, Mexico. You will supervise team members, drive safety, and ensure achievement of short- and long-term goals through data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or 5+ years as a shift supervisor in automotive manufacturing, with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to rotate shifts and develop leaders on the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years as a Turn Supervisor in automotive manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of production teams and shift operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations, assembly and line sequencing across the plant.
• Supervise all line launch activities and drive safe operations.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders and on‑floor leadership.
• Act as a hands-on production floor leader who guides and mentors.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement irreversible corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety standards.
• Meet short- and long-term objectives and manage production systems.
