Job summary

Autoliv is seeking a senior manufacturing professional in Aguascalientes to lead daily production, improve SQDCM outcomes, and develop frontline leaders. The role emphasizes Lean, TPM, and 5S practices, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and production KPIs.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO standards, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Proactive, curious, improvement-minded, with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily production execution and schedule adherence to meet takt time and SQDCM targets.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and structured root-cause analysis.
• Develop and coach Shift Leaders and frontline teams to strengthen accountability and engagement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while reducing defects and scrap.
