Tetra Pak in Mexico invites engineering graduates to join the Future Talent Program – Technical Track, an 18-month development journey at the Cuautitlan Izcalli site. You’ll deepen technical expertise, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn through rotations and formal training.

From day one you’ll have a personalized plan, collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering and global peers, and grow in Safety, Health & Environment and World Class Manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (any field).
• Internship or school project in manufacturing or SHE/WCM is advantageous.
• Strong interest in SHE and Operational Excellence.
• Comfortable on production floor.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys interacting with people.
• Proactive and self-driven.
• Strong learning agility.

Responsabilidades

• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and apply WCM methodologies.
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Support legal compliance activities.
• Follow up SHE KPIs and action plans.
• Learn and apply WCM in a production environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering and global teams.
• Lead a WCM+SHE Future Talent project.
