Tetra Pak in Cuautitlan, Mexico, invites recent graduates to join its Future Talent Program – Technical Track as a Process Engineer. This 18‑month journey develops your potential with a tailored plan, rotations, and international assignments.

You will interface with customers, deliver processing solutions, and gain broad insights into our company culture. Travel up to 50% may be required; start date is February 2027, and Tetra Pak does not sponsor visas or relocation.

Formación

• Recent graduate with an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• English level: Intermediate–Advanced.
• Analytical and communication skills, initiative, teamwork.
• Multicultural company environment.
• Graduation between Dec 2024 and Dec 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects from concept through to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment and adapt to project needs.
• Ensure technical solutions and quality, aligning with customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues in an international setting.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge in local and international environments.
