Tetra Pak in Cuautitlan, Mexico, invites recent graduates to join its Future Talent Program – Technical Track as a Process Engineer. This 18‑month journey develops your potential with a tailored plan, rotations, and international assignments.

You will interface with customers, deliver processing solutions, and gain broad insights into our company culture. Travel up to 50% may be required; start date is February 2027, and Tetra Pak does not sponsor visas or relocation.

Formación

• Recent graduate with an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• English level: Intermediate–Advanced.
• Analytical and communication skills, initiative, teamwork.
• Multicultural company environment.
• Graduation between Dec 2024 and Dec 2026.

Responsabilidades

You would be required to travel up to 50% of your time.

The start date for Future Talent Program will be in February 2027.

What you will do

As a Process Engineer, you will:

• Support projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
• Act with full responsibility for technical solutions and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
• Learning and applying technical knowledge in a local and international environment.

We believe you have

• Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Intermediate – Advanced English level.
• Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
• Passion for excellence.
