Tetra Pak's Future Talent Program – Technical Track is an 18‑month development journey where you deepen your technical expertise, contribute to meaningful projects, and help solve real challenges that support the future of food processing and packaging.

From day one you’ll have a personalized development plan, hands‑on experience, collaborative projects, and formal training to build both technical and professional skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Safety, Biotechnology, etc.).
• Internship or school project in manufacturing or SHE/WCM is an advantage.
• Strong interest in SHE and Operational Excellence.
• Comfortable on the production floor.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong learning agility.

Responsabilidades

• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems fully.
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Support legal compliance activities.
• Follow up SHE KPIs and action plans.
• Learn and apply WCM methodologies in a production environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects with different stakeholders.
• Work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering and global stakeholders.
• Lead a WCM+SHE Future Talent project.
