Tetra Pak is seeking a Future Talent - Process Engineer in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico. You will join an 18‑month Future Talent Program with rotations, international assignments, and hands‑on experience within our processes team.

Recent graduates in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering will develop and deliver technical solutions for pre-projects and projects, interfacing with customers and colleagues globally. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Formación

• Recent graduate with an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Intermediate–Advanced English level.
• Analytical and communication skills; team player; multicultural mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects from conceptual development through start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment; adapt to project needs.
• Ensure technical solutions and quality; obtain project management buy‑in; focus on customer needs.
