Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Senior SFMC Developer to manage email and mobile program development, optimizing delivery and efficiency. Lead journeys, templates, and data operations across the SFMC stack while collaborating with marketing and data teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years with SFMC, AMPscript, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions, plus familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA.

Qualifications

• Four years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its components.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in a global organization.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and test email communications within SFMC using Content Builder and Data Extensions.
• Design multi-channel customer journeys in Journey Builder with scalable architectures.
• Lead and review Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and evolve a modular email template codebase for reusability.
• Stay updated on SFMC features and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.
• Troubleshoot SFMC campaigns and ensure high deliverability and performance.
