DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico is building a new logistics settlement model for food delivery. You will own the end-to-end settlement cycle, translate pricing rules into logic, and drive accurate payments for vendor partners.

You will analyze billing, surface issues, and implement automated validation and AI-driven reconciliation. The role demands strong SQL skills, data-driven decision making, and proactive partnership with Finance to ensure compliant, efficient processes.

Formación

• Fluent English (proficient level) for cross-regional reporting and analysis.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Strong data analysis capability using SQL and large transaction datasets.
• Proficient with AI tools applied to reconciliation and anomaly detection.
• Excellent business sense and high rigor; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end settlement cycle for Vendor partners; translate pricing rules into calculation logic.
• Guarantee data accuracy; reconcile orders and pricing; manage disputes end to end.
• Maintain full traceability; statements traceable to source data.
• Analyze billing; explain month-over-month movements; surface structural issues.
• Convert pricing changes into settlement logic; test edge cases; maintain source of truth.
• Collaborate with Finance on accruals, invoicing, and compliance.
• Move settlement toward automation and apply AI for validation and anomaly detection.
