ZKW Group GmbH is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive customer product series projects and lead cross-functional teams. You will plan and implement product changes following 6M-SOP, ensure timely delivery, and manage costs and quality across programs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, risk management, capacity confirmation for yearly demands, and preparing service offers with invoicing after fulfillment. A strong background in engineering and IATF 16949 is required.

Formación

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical/industrial/plastics engineering or related.
• Strong knowledge of plastics, lighting, electronics technology.
• Advanced knowledge of Core Tools, IATF 16949, and AIAG/VDA 6.3.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer product series projects and manage changes per 6M-SOP.
• Coordinate with specialist departments to meet timing, costs, and quality targets.
• Plan and implement product/process changes and follow 6M SOP.
• Manage budgets and OPEX for assigned programs and track variances.
• Ensure quality and cost awareness within the change team.
• Confirm capacity for yearly customer Demand and Life Extensions.
• Prepare offers for additional services and trigger invoices after fulfillment.

MAIN GOAL:

Responsibility for the customer product series projects assigned to him/ her and l eading projects in collaboration with the specialist departments to achieve the assigned goals in terms of timing, costs, and quality.

TASK:

• Ensuring that the implementation of technical changes to products and processes in series (according to 6M-SOP) is targeted and planned
• Management of change projects according to 6M-SOP in cooperation with the departments to achieve the set goals in terms of time, costs and quality
• Compliance with the process description Implement Change Management after 6M SOP
• Budget and OPEX plan and control
• Ensure quality and cost awareness in the change team
• Capacity confirmation for Customer yearly projected demands and/or Life Extensions.
• Crisis and risk management (identification of potential risks/ organizing and planning with core team respective measures).
• Handling the preparation of offers for additional services according to customer requirements, as well as triggering invoices after fulfillment / implementation of the order.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• University degree (Master or Bachelor) (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastics engineering) or related.
• Basic knowledge of plastics, lightning, electronics technology.
• Advance knowledge of Core Tools.
• Advance knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Advance knowledge of AIAG and VDA 6.3.
