ZKW Group in Mexico is seeking an experienced Controller to manage strategic financial planning and IFRS 15-based project accounting for global automotive projects.

You will analyze profitability, validate investments, and support rollout of standardized tools and reporting structures to drive performance and compliance across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• IFRS 15 experience in automotive/manufacturing sector.

Responsabilidades

• Define customer contracts profile per IFRS 15.
• Evaluate profitability via ROI, EBIT, CF.
• Manage development hours booking control.
• Analyze monthly project performance KPIs.
• Validate expenses and investments via internal orders.
• Support IFRS15 processes and tool standardization.

MAIN GOAL:

Strategic control and financial project tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer contracts Profile definition according to IFRS 15.
• Profitability project evaluation (ROI, EBIT, CF).
• Development hours booking control.
• Financial Project KPI Analysis (EBIT, CF).
• Monthly performance report analysis by project.
• Expenses and investments validation and approval through internal orders.
• Internal project handling.
• Serial revenue reduction calculation due to new awards (RALS).
• Forecast calculation on a quarterly basis.
• Support to fulfill for all Global Project Controlling and Evaluation IFRS 15 processes and task as permanent optimization, both on the Group as on Site level as well.
• Support in creation and in ensuring a company reporting structure for the area of IFRS15 and its permanent development.
• Support in the systematic development and standardization of tools and software solutions for the area of Global Project Controlling and Evaluation IFRS15 including its description and rollout as well.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• IFRS Background: Experience in IFRS 15 application (revenue recognition, tooling treatment, and contract modifications within the automotive or manufacturing sector).
• Experience in SAP FI module (CO and PS modules are a major plus for project tracking).
• Business English.
