ZKW Group GmbH in Mexico is seeking a seasoned production project leader to manage sub-team members across PDA, PDM, PDS, TE, and LP, and to represent production in the product development process as a core team. You will plan and coordinate tasks with PE managers, drive DFMA and cost-focused design, and oversee pre-production activities with a focus on a safe, on-time launch.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, Lean Production, FMEA, SPC, PPAP and related automotive core tools.
• Experience in project management with budget responsibility.
• Experience in serial manufacturing processes (assembly, plastic, coating, logistics, metallization).
• Advanced knowledge of Core Tools.
• MS Office, SAP, Teamcenter, CAD, Sharepoint are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sub-team members in PDA, PDM, PDS, TE, LP and represent production in the product development process.
• Participate in simultaneous engineering and plan/allocate tasks within project organization.
• Define and optimize material flow and logistic concepts for production.
• Develop and roll out process flow charts and control plans for production.
• Coordinate launch activities, CP/CMK analyses, and risk assessments (FMEA).
• Supervise pre-production activities (sample productions, operator trainings).
• Contribute to design for manufacturing/assembly/automation and cost-focused designs.

MAIN GOAL:

• Responsible for the professional management of sub-team members in the project (PDA, PDM, PDS, TE, LP).
• Representing production in the product development process as a core team.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Participation in the \"simultaneous engineering\" process.
• Planning and allocating tasks to employees in the team set by project organization in coordination with PE managers due to the requirements of the project.
• Planning, coordination, implementation (together with the team) of all tasks defined within the work packages and project assignments.
• Scheduling and coordination within project schedule and related universal investments according UP02.
• Supporting development in terms of production oriented designs (Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly, Design for Automation, Design to cost).
• Define and optimize the project related material flow and logistic concepts within the plants overall concept and master planning.
• Conduct and participate in D- and P-FMEA's (process/ product)
• Develop and roll out process flow chart and control plan for all production processes.
• Layout and equipment planning (time, cost, quality).
• The customer's contact regarding all production related questionnaires within the framework of the project.
• Supervision and lead during Pre-production (Sample productions, assembly try outs, Operator trainings, Design for Manufacturing feedback, Reverse FMEA, control of pre series demands and components).
• Cooperation in test planning and documentation.
• Support in performing capability analyses (CPK, CMK).
• Coordination of Launch activities and definition of corrective measures.
• Reporting of results for milestones, projects reviews and safe launch reviews.
• Support of production departments during takeover of production processes.
• Coordination of sub team members to optimize series production using ZPS meth-odologies (Lean methods, 6S, value stream, 8D, root cause analysis, Ishikawa, TPS).

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Knowledge in management systems, standards and core-tools of the automotive industry (ISO 9001, APQP, Lean Production, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, ...) .
• Experience in project management and budget responsibility.
• Experience in serial manufacturing processes (assembly, plastic, coating, logistic, metallization).
• Advance knowledge of Core Tools.
• Experienced in MS Office – SAP, Teamcenter, CAD, Sharepoint as advantage.
