Lemon Adds is seeking a senior creator capable of commanding DTC ad campaigns with advanced AI production skills. You will own projects from brief to final delivery, crafting AI-assisted, high-conversion content for paid social and organic channels.

Required: an exceptional video editing portfolio, direct-response instincts, and the ability to produce believable AI UGC and product videos. Remote LATAM with US Pacific schedule.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of finished DTC ecommerce ads used in paid campaigns.
• Advanced AI production skills demonstrated in completed commercial work, including realistic UGC-style video.
• Strong direct-response instincts: understand how a hook leads into product benefits, demonstration, proof, and a reason to buy.

Responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists based on briefs.
• Edit short-form ads and branded content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with strong pacing and CTAs.
• Create AI UGC-style content with believable people, expressions, and lip sync; direct voice delivery and sound design.
• Produce AI product videos and motion graphics with reference images and controlled generation.
• Develop organic social concepts with openings, humor, memes, and repeatable formats.
• Build variations of hooks, angles, and CTAs; collaborate with media buyers to improve metrics.
• Finish assets with polished color, captions, and product accuracy; manage sources and costs.
