Qualifications

• Senior creator with exceptional video editing and AI production skills.

• Ability to own projects from concept to final delivery and optimize for performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards; translate insights into creative ideas.
• Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts with AI elements.
• Create realistic AI UGC-style content with voice direction and sound design.
• Produce AI product videos with motion graphics; preserve product details across shots.
• Develop organic social concepts; optimize formats for retention and shareability.
• Iterate variations of hooks and narratives; work with media buyers on KPIs.
