Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Biomedical fields.
• Master’s degree is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage value stream activities and employees per production schedules, quality standards and profit objectives.
• Maintain schedules, evaluate scrap and work with QC to control quality.
• Maintain Safety Stock and optimize capacity utilization.
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with buyers/planners and suppliers to review material needs and equipment improvement.
• Review changes and quality documents (NCMRs, CAPAs, OALs).
• Respond to customer feedback and support Sales & Marketing.
