Intuitive Surgical, S. de R.L de C.V. seeks a Continuous Improvement / OPEX professional to drive Lean initiatives across value streams. You will analyze data, map current and future states, and manage cross-functional projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, staff, and productivity.

The role requires collaboration with local and corporate teams, strong leadership in Lean/Six Sigma deployments, and experience in manufacturing environments. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Continuous Improvement/OPEX with Lean/Six Sigma deployment.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma in manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and trends of the Value Stream to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and implement plans to map current state to future state using lean techniques.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects within the Value Stream.
• Lead intake, initiation, planning, execution and closure of projects.
• Execute Value Stream Capacity and headcount planning as part of the SIOP process.
• Mentor and act as SME on continuous improvement methodologies within the department.
• Collaborate with COE to define and execute Make strategic projects.
• Promote EH&S opportunities through Lean methods and Poka-Yoke implementations.
• Collaborate with OPEX in Excellence Week preparation and execution.
• Participate in Strategic Planning to identify Operations initiatives and develop value stream plans.
• Streamline processes to support growth/expansion.
• Ensure lean activities align with business strategies (Hoshin Kanri) with Operations Manager.
• Lead progress meetings and communications for owned projects.
• Complete post-project reviews to confirm successful delivery.
