Job summary

Cooper Standard is seeking a Warehouse and Materials Flow Supervisor to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods within the plant, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipments and internal movements. You will oversee container and packaging operations, and support annual physical inventory across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree finished.
• Experience in automotive companies.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and material flow.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with MMOG.
• Desirable client-mandated trainings to be scheduled in annual plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material and finished goods flow in the plant.
• Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy (system vs. actual).
• Coordinate inter-plant movements of products, materials, machines, and gauges.
• Ship finished goods and prepare billing/shipping papers for customers.
• Oversee container flow, packaging, and waste areas.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of components to production areas.
• Support annual physical inventory and related departments.
