Robert Bosch Group in Guadalajara, Mexico seeks an experienced Validation and Verification Team Leader to guide a team of V&V professionals. You will oversee validation activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvements across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating timelines and budgets, analyzing data for root causes, and collaborating with engineering and regulatory teams to implement SOPs and risk mitigations.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in validation and verification, with leadership or supervisory roles
• Mandatory experience in Brake System products
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (ISO, ASPICE)
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent project management skills across multiple initiatives
• Proficiency with validation software tools and QMS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team influence
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in process improvement and cross-department collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of validation and verification professionals
• Oversee planning, execution, and documentation of V&V activities across projects
• Analyze test results and quality data to identify trends and root causes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for V&V initiatives
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to align strategies
• Establish and maintain SOPs for V&V processes
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation for quality issues
• Provide technical guidance and training on validation methodologies
• Monitor team performance and conduct reviews
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing ones
