Robert Bosch Group in Celaya, Mexico seeks a Quality Systems professional to ensure IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement. You will implement Core Tools, support audits, manage documentation, and train staff in the quality management system.

Responsibilities include PFMEA/control plan moderation, action follow‑up, and coordination of internal audits. You will drive standardization and regulatory alignment across the plant.

Formación

• Plan, prepare, update, control, and publish Quality System documentation.
• Generate reports on the different indicators in the area.
• Audit processes and provide support in audits defined in the quality system.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001 and customer requirements.
• Manage documentation related to the quality system.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and documentation.
• Communicate policies, standards and procedures to staff.
• Maintain regulations aligned with operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the internal audit program in CeaP and close IATF nonconformities.
• Coordinate Management Review (BVS-Q) and QRM with supervisor support.
• Prepare and present quality reviews and track open items to closure.
• Train CeaP staff on the quality management system.
