Robert Bosch Group in Mexico seeks a Sr. Mechanical Project Leader to act as a sub project leader in OEM development, coordinating mechanical engineering activities and leading a cross-functional team.

This role manages scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring safe and quality launches while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive risk management, align supplier schedules, and ensure deliverables meet quality gates and project goals within a

Develop and implement defined technical content to project targets.
Lead cross-functional development teams and manage mechanical engineering activities.
Coordinate internal and external suppliers to align schedules and deliverables for steering system development.
Perform risk management within the discipline and support project management with mitigation activities.
Plan and track project scope, budget, and timelines with other disciplines like Hardware, Software, and System Engineering.
Ensure requirements are implemented per specifications and defined processes.
Prepare releases and BOM management for series production readiness.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate sub-project activities from start of development to end of production.
Communicate project status to team and management on a regular basis.
Support project management in issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Ensure on-time delivery of work products and quality gates.
